Covid-19 Guidelines

The best night in the insurance industry is fast approaching and we are working hard to keep you safe at the British Insurance Awards.

COVID-19 Guidelines

As capacity restrictions have been lifted, we ask that all guests bring with them proof of double-vaccination, a recent negative test or natural immunity.

Doing this is simple and can be done via one of the following ways:

  • Proof of full vaccination should you have received both doses at least 14 days prior to the ceremony. You can present this certification via theNHS COVID Pass within the NHS App, or internationally recognised equivalent. If you do not have a smartphone, pleaseclick here, for details of how to request an NHS COVID Pass letter.

Measures in place on the night

  • We are asking guests to NOT attend if they have tested positive of COVID-19 or/and have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or/and are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms themselves or/and feeling unwell.
  • We are opening our doors earlier for staggered arrival times and have multiple entrances/queues to reduce the number of people queuing at any one time.
  • We are asking that all guests submit full details for track and trace purposes.
  • Increased hand sanitiser stations and cleaning will also be at the venue.
