When will I receive my E-Ticket? And what if I have a guest change?

E-TICKET INFORMATION & GUEST CHANGES 

1.     All guests must have their E-tickets with them on the day, without an E-ticket your guests will not be allowed into the event. All table bookers have been sent E-tickets, please ensure you have distributed to your guests.

2.     Insurance Post team will be at Door 6 so for any E-ticket queries your guests can speak to them

3.     Please see below the link for the guests list so your guests can see where they are sitting – this is also on the E-ticket that should’ve been distributed to your guests.  

4.     Please note, we cannot accept any guest changes from 12 pm Friday 4 July. Should you have a guest change between now and the event, please see below instructions

                   1.     Please update laura.sherrin@infopro-digital with the guest that has cancelled and the new guest, please send over FULL details: Full name, job title, company, email

                   2.     Please send your new guest the E-ticket that went to the original guest

                   3.     Please note, from 5pm on 4 July at this point we cannot guarantee any new dietary requirements

Is there a dress code?

Black Tie 

Can I order additional drinks on the night?

Yes you can. 

You're more than welcome to order drinks on the night, however we advise that you pre order drinks to ensure your preferred drinks are guaranteed

Please note, the Royal Albert Hall is now a cashless venue, you will only be able to pay for additional drinks via card payments

 

Where is the British Insurance Award's After Party?

For 2025 the official British Insurance Awards after party will take place at Dear Darling

The after party is free to attend and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
